Complaints Service
Thank you for your comments
You can submit your complaints about the services provided by the Ministry of the Brussels-Capital Region to the Complaints Service (contact details below). You will always receive an answer, provided you fulfil the following criteria:
- The complaint should be about the services of the Ministry of the Brussels-Capital Region and its administration (so not about legislation).
- The complaint should be about a recent incident (no more than six months old).
- You should be the person who experienced the poor service (which means you cannot complain on behalf of someone else) and your complaint must be new (which means it must not have been handled by the Complaints Service before).
- You must provide your name and address so that you can be contacted about your complaint.
Our commitment to improve
Your comments help us to permanently improve our services. We will notify you within ten days whether your complaint can be handled or if we need additional information.
If your complaint meets the criteria we will get in touch with the service involved to try to find a solution and take the necessary measures to ensure the same problem does not occur again. We will notify you of what action is to be taken no later than 60 days after you submit your complaint.
